Hazzarie's Place- Terms and Conditions

By booking and staying at this property , you agree to the following :

1. Responsibility & Liability: I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, appliances, or amenities during my stay, whether caused by myself or any accompanying guests. I agree to compensate the property owner for any damages or losses incurred.

2. Occupancy & Use: I agree that the rental unit will be used solely for short-term accommodation and not for illegal activities, parties, or subletting. The number of guests shall not exceed the amount stated in the reservation.

3. Payment Terms: A 50% down payment is required within 24 hours of booking to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Failure to make the down payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation Policy: I understand and agree to the stated cancellation terms, which may include forfeiture of the down payment depending on the timing and reason for cancellation.

5. Check-in/Check-out: I agree to adhere to the scheduled check-in and check-out times. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

6. Noise & Conduct: I agree to maintain reasonable noise levels and respectful conduct toward neighbors. Breach of this may result in eviction without refund.

7. Guest Verification & Property Rules: I understand that the host may request valid identification prior to or upon arrival and that the stay is conditional upon compliance with all house rules. Any serious violation may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without compensation.

8. Acknowledgment of Terms: I understand that failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the stay — including payment deadlines, occupancy limits, and property rules — may result in denied entry, early termination of the stay, or additional charges.
